I had high hopes for this product. However, it seems to have made the bladder leakage worse, not better. It seems like my body instinctively would "brace" against the electrical impulses, so I couldn't be sure that I was correctly doing a Kegel exercise.

The only effect after using INNOVO were bruises all over my bottom

I quit after 6 weeks. It has not helped me at all and I have written to innovo emails twice about does it sometimes take longer and no response whatsoever. I was so disappointed it didn’t work.

Bought a pair of the shorts after using the first system they brought out. Shorts stopped working after using them for about half a dozen times. Registered a fault. Contacted INNOVA Told I would get a replacement a bigger size. In the meantime I bought and paid for a new battery for my control unit which I needed. First time told it couldn't be delivered as I wasn't in. I have an A4 sheet of paper outside my flat saying safe to leave parcel here signed by me and dated and stating I accept full responsibility for parcels left. Turned out they had wrong post code altogether. The carrier was Evri a branch of Hermes. Contacted Innova again told me they would re-ship. Got an e-mail this morning to say parcel had been delivered at 21.45? This morning? Got home no parcel there at all even though saying delivered on my e-mail. Furious! Innova just saying well its a third party delivery service and not really looking into it to solve problem. Meant to send faulty shorts back but no way I am trusting the carrier they are using. These shorts should NOT stop working after only a few times of use. My advice stay away from this company they are not to be trusted to resolve your problems if you have any and it looks likely you will

This product is a total piece of junk and does not work and they won't give you your money back after 30 days and I didn't try it right away but when I did I realized it was a joke. Please don't waste your money on this nonsense. Don't believe them that I'm doing something wrong. This product does not work. Check other reviews off their site before purchasing

My experience with the Innovo product is very similiar to other reviewers i.e I found it just didn't work. I also kept getting "error messages" even though I carefully followed the instructions. I also had to return the first shorts and whilst I did get a replacement shorts free of charge and persisted with the new shorts for some weeks but the results were the same and I just gave up. This product should have been thoroughly quality checked in the factory before being released into the market place. The warranty period is far too short for the user to assess the performance of the product. Overall, a very bad, expensive and frustrating experience.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. So disappointing. Had to return the first unit after only a week into the program. Kept getting error messages. I was able to sent the shirts and the unit back and they did send a second unit and pair of shorts but was only able to get through 4 sessions before the errors started. I would wIt a day or two and try again but to no avail. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! It’s a bad product!!!! Wasn’t even able to get a partial refund.
