The absolute best customer service
The absolute best customer service I think I’ve ever received. I’ve lost parts of my gardyn while taking it apart to clean, clean sent an email and got an immediate response and confirmation of replacement parts within a few hours! I’m so happy!

Love my Gardyn
Love my Gardyn. The lettuce and greens were so tasty and grew for several weeks. Then.. I got spider mites. They could not be killed and destroyed several plants so I an starting over. Praying this is not a flaw if plants received from. GARDYN COMPANY. MORE TO COME.. Y

First the Gardyn is a great product... Easy setup, amazing support. I'm 23 days into my first garden and so much is growing!! it's exciting to watch everyday... I've tried hurry up but they don't seem to listen.. LOL. Rally looking forward to the first harvest.

Gardyn responded swiftly when I reached out to report my pump had stopped working. I was able to maintain my plants with their guidance while I waited for my replacement pump to arrive. We are up and running again!
