Loving my Gardyn so far! I've had mine set up for about a month and a half now, and I've already harvested multiple salads, and a handful of herbs and greens that I used in meals. Before I purchased mine, I saw some reviews where folks complained about the "difficult setup" to assemble the unit, but that wasn't my experience at all. Pretty much as simple as any straightforward Ikea item assembly, with clear set-by-step instructions. Maintenance has been easy and low so far, highly HIGHLY recommend this item if you are looking for a simple way to live a little more sustainably!

I absolutely love my Gardyn. I am really getting the hang of propagating timing so I always have lettuce and other things I like to eat. I grew swiss chard that I'm not that fond of eating but is so stunningly beautiful, I'm keeping it to replant as a house plant. :-)

My wife and I tried something less sophisticated years ago. It was not a success. By contrast she setup the gardyn and it is amazing. We have changed the water or topped it off several times now and we love checking on our hungry little plants. Think little tender leaves. We visit and munch on the tastiest plants we have ever had, or we have already made salads for the four of us! A little balsamic and wow, it is good!

I took a few weeks to decide if I wanted to get a Gardyn but I'm so glad I did. It grows way more than I was expecting and has essentially replaced my bill for herbs and all types of lettuce. I had a few challenges getting a few of the plants to initially germinate but I ended up getting a heat map and since have no issue and Gardyn refunded all the plants that didn't grow. Great company and device. I'm looking forward to trying lots of plants I haven't even heard of that customers seem to rave about on the Facebook group.
