I lost 4 pounds in the first week! At first, my stomach was grumbly, but I drank lots of water and some bone broth, which really helped! I feel so good, so positive about myself. I love the daily check-ins with me.

I tried intermittent fasting through this challenge and I like it. I prefer the 16:8 regime. It feels the most natural. Weight loss wise, intermittent fasting surely does work but keep in mind you need to be careful once you stop doing it. If you go back to poor eating habits and eat at random times of the day you might ruin all the hard work and put the weight you lost straight back on. At least that was my experience and my mistake. I guess everything depends on each person, but intermittent fasting works better if it’s done for a prolonged period of time.

I had been experimenting with intermittent fasting but with no solid plan & spotty results. This program gave me a solid foundation so I really knew what I was doing! The daily emails kept me focused and the overall plan gives me the big picture. My average daily fast this week was 14 hours with a loss of 3 pounds. Thank you for this program!
