This is a great program, love the meal plans, the fasting. The only issue I have is you give the option for a 1 month period for 29.00 which I signed up for but I billed for a second month and now in my second month which was a shock to be. The program is great and highly recommend.

It is helping me to loose weight, but I am adjusting the meals because I am not alone at home and because I have to eat carbon hydrats (university teacher). I am having some manageable headaches.

App was easy to use and helped me keep on track. They send updates every day which gives you a suggested menu. I used my own menu and kept within the calories that was suggested. I only subscribed for 1 month and canceled before my month was up. It was easy and the communication was answered quickly. I would suggest this for newcomers to IF as it was simple and easy to follow. I lost 9lbs in 28 days and will continue on my own to get to my goal.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! I have been back and forth and sent around in loops for a month I am SO FRUSTRATED! It says my password is wrong but then there is nowhere to reset. HELP. Note to everyone-absolutely never ever sign up for this
