I still didn't get my order in the time period that you promised. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I followed up through email and all the customer service did was repeating the same thing and did nothing. It was the most slowest purchase I've ever made.

WOW! Absolutely amazing! The process was great. When the order was placed, I was asked to approve the design which was unexpected. After approval, from the creation to receiving the product was 10 days. Perfect for such a custom job. Thanks again as you've just made this a great Christmas '24.
