Horrible quality and extremely slow shipping. I ordered a customized shirt for about $18 and paid $8 for 7-12 day shipping. My order arrived after FIVE WEEKS. The quality of the shirt is horrible. Even a $3 shirt from SheIn is better quality. I ordered black, and the shirt is a white base that is painted black. The material is terrible, its like cheap Halloween costume fabric but feels like a very thin swimsuit. Not even Temu would sell clothes this quality. Absolutely feels like I got scammed. Would not recommend. I ordered this as a gift, but I was too embarrassed by th poor quality to gift it so it was a waste of nearly $30.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a custom plush toy from this website as a Christmas gift for my son. The product images showed a 3D plush, but what I received was a tiny, flat 2D version—just my child's drawing printed on two fabric pieces and sewn together. When I requested a refund, they refused. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and was able to dispute the charge. This is a scam, and it’s unacceptable for them to profit by deceiving children and their parents.

order something paid for express shipping took a month to arrive. the said working time 5 to 7 days, it took 12. ordered it on the 2nd of February it is now 3 or March still not here

Items were not shipped as expected. There was no details about confirming the order which caused even further delays. I put my order Jan 29th and am still yet to receive my items which were intended to be gifted on Valentine's day. I have been told more than a month later that the items were not even produced until very recently.

This is by far the worst I have ever seen. First, the shirt is a polyester shirt and not a cotton t-shirt as advertised. The delivery was 4 days late,the pictures and the name on the shirt were all moved towards the bottom half of the shirt which looks horrible. Super cheap looking and would definitely not recommend.

It did not arrive when the estimated time frame came almost week late and the quality of the shirt is very poor. And the pictures are not blended you can see all the line from each picture not cute at all.

I ordered from this site Feb 1st and I was to receive it around Feb 10th. It is showing my order is still in Texas and it is now the 18th. This was a gift for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Highly disappointed.

Please don’t waste your time. Maybe I can save you money. The material is a cheap Shiny And see through material , the neck line is stretched out , there are threads coming out of the shirt. It’s a joke . For the price they should be shamed. They never even responded to my message
