I ordered 2 custom dolls created from my artwork. The dolls arrived today and they appear nothing like what MyFaceTshirt website promised. They're awful. They look cheap and nothing like the quality the website boasted about. I want a full refund.

This company has worked very hard to get me my product. I haven't received it yet but am excited it is coming soon. My order was lost and they are remaking my order. I appreciate their prompt actions to fix the situation.

The color and printing of the shirt was great. The shirt was well-made. My only thought was that they were sized pretty small to be a "Men's t-shirt." Girls on the team who usually wear a Youth Large or Youth XL were wearing a Men's small, and they fit perfectly. These were a great treat for the girls on the team to surprise the coach.

I ordered 5 shirts with 5 different names, but when I received the order, 2 of the shirts had the same name. I applied for an exchange twice and have had no reply. I tried to get a partial refund but since the order was already delivered I was unable to. The shirts themselves look good, but this mistake was really disappointing given how much we paid.
