Bad quality, none of the sizing makes sense, took ages to arrive, whilst customer service is quick they're absolutely useless. Absolute ripoff of a company, save your money and don't bother

I totally recommend buying from myfaceboxer. My order came in pretty quick and is great quality! I told all my friends about them, can’t wait to surprise my boyfriend with his new boxers !!

There was an issue with the picture I sent in. Jason sent me an email about the issue, I responded with the fix and he replied with expertise, respect and professionalism. Not only that, he was quick and exact with his words and helpfulness. Amazing customer service.

I ordered a personalised Hulk pillow and the price over quality was far from satisfactory. I tried to contact their customer service but got hit with replies of them avoiding my query and asking for more transaction ID information…. To which I never received any email correspondence or confirmation of my purchase with my only proof of purchase was from my PayPal (thankfully it had a contact email for this ‘so called company’) I feel there is no professionalism and I feel like they are not taking pride in what they are selling. Avoid avoid. There are better websites out there to choose from. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from these people.

I made and order for Xmas for my gf, which said it was 74$ me not knowing it was in usd (my fault) I didn’t think it was worth 102$ Canadian for 2 pairs of boxer, that I may never receive due to the reviews I’ve read. So within 10 mins of placing my order I decided to cancel it before it was made, but they tell me if I cancel my order I have to pay 147 us for restocking fee. Which is 197$ Canadian. This company is a rip off. Worst experience

Vita was very prompt in replying to my queries. Vita helped and provided me with additional information as well. I feel very assured by the service given. Vita has been amazing and it was a swift experience along! The boxers came in a good condition and printings were solid.

I ordered Boxers for my boyfriend m the 1st of September and according to their tracking they were delivered on the 10th… I didn’t receive anything.. When I reached out to the company all they keep saying is to check with my neighbors or check my mailbox !!! I have never had a missing package.
