Spent $60 CAD on an item that included shipping insurance and VIP service and they said the package was delivered but they DID NOT bring it to my house and Customer service doesn't exist. This company is FRAUD.

I placed order on Jan 24 with standard delivery for Valentines day, it was shipped on Feb 2 only, and on their tracking website there are no updates since Feb 3. Customer service doesn't care, all they said is to call USPS, and they don't want to proceed refund. Once I asked for return instructions, they mentioned it's not returnable because it's customized item, however there is nothing about that on their cancellation policy.

Not an inclusive company. If you are not white, look elsewhere. Though these products are fun and could make for a good laugh, the options for Black people and people of color are almost nonexistent. It’s 2023, companies need to DO BETTER.

False Advertising. The site suggested I would receive a music card, however, there was no music and the item isn’t a greeting card, it’s a piece of with the photo I requested. Furthermore, when I was creating the item, a boarder was present when aligning my photo. When the finished product arrived, there was no boarder, just the photo. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY! Do not trouble yourself with this site or their products!

The Boxers looked great! I was shocked how good they looked. My man LOVED them! I paid for expedited shipping & it arrived a couple of days early. It was super easy to place the order online. Lastly, Vita was most helpful when I had a meltdown & thought the Boxers wouldn't be here in time for Xmas, but they were! Thank you all for great service & an awesome product!

I ordered a Christmas present on the 1st December with shipping saying 8-10 days… I’m still waiting and in fact my parcel doesn’t seem to have moved since the 19th!! I co texted them and got a copy and paste answer which didn’t actually answer my question! If I had known this company was in China I probably wouldn’t have ordered what I did. Shocking customer service! What a joke of a company! Stay away!!!!

I’ve decided to edit this review as the items have come albeit very late. They actually look really nice! I probably will order from them again but will allow at least a month for delivery.

I spent over $100 for two boxers. One was the correct size (XXL) one came as an (XS). Must have been a glitched when placed. Customer service would not honor a refund or exchange of any sort. Will not buy again. They don’t stand behind their products.
