I discovered this product through a social media ad and thought it would make a hilarious gag gift for a friend. However, when the product arrived, I was a bit disappointed. My head and hair were partially cut off in the design, which made it look odd. This could be maybe the photo I selected was bad? The lighting in the photo could have blended? Or it might Have just been a bad editing issue, who knows. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, and their customer service exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly, offered to resend a corrected version at no additional cost, and ensured I was completely satisfied before shipping the replacement. I was thrilled with their customer service and delighted with the final product. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered 2 boxers and 2 gift boxes. The boxers never came, only the gift boxes (one was ripped). The giftboxes came 20 days later and no underwear. Also no tracking number was provided or any updates after I ordered from the website. When I emailed them they gaslighted me and asked if I wanted a "replacement". I never received the items though. Bad customer service.

This is my second time ordering from them. last year, it was perfect. This yeah, unfortunately it was stolen before i could open it. Thankfully, they had no issue replacing it, so i should receive it in a couple of weeks!

Don’t bother paying for priority shipping. My item has been sitting in the same spot for over a week now, when I contact the company they ask me please just wait a little longer. Looks like my 6-9 days will be about a month if I ever actually receive the item.

I ordered this item and made a personalised message for my wife which meant a lot as we had just got married. The item arrived today and two of the words was spelt incorrectly and had no been checked and just sent out. So I know have a special message saying “Herat and souul” instead of “heart and soul” really disappointed for what cost £30

Feel like this is site is misleading. I placed an order that should have arrived before Christmas as it says on the website. The delivery time has passed and my order hasn’t left China. Buyer beware!!! Update: The company did not reach out as stated in their response. Also, the order still has not arrived. The company reached out and made an offer of compensation. It covered the shipping insurance. Around the same time, I received the package. The company should be forthcoming and let us know it’s coming from China and will take 30 days to process/ship. Managing expectations is important. The product is fine. The boxers are a synthetic material. I’m not sure how they will feel during warm weather wear because they don’t appear breathable, but they are soft and have a nice stretch. The printing on them is cute. I recommend purchasing when there is a good sale.

Terrible lost my package since the postage wasn’t even paid. Christmas gift not here on time because of this. And i ordered a month ago with low hopes from the jump. Save yourself the stress!! I need my money back asap

Late , ineficiente comunications . Its suposed to be before 18th and it seems like is just at my mail box . Shame Becouse i allready flight for a xmas hollidays . 👎🏻
