Terrible. Order came 2 months after ordering even though it said 10-12 business days. It was a Christmas present that came weeks after Christmas. Quality is terrible and after repeatedly asking for a refund they refused and kept copy and pasting emails. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

The ordering process was very simple and fast. Their customer service was excellent. When I accidentally input the incorrect shipping address, I reached out straight away and within 24 hours everything was fixed. Very great service, thanks.

I will not be ordering from them again. I’ve waited almost a whole month just to get told on the tracking site that my personal order was delivered at other address (which wasn’t given) first it was they couldn’t find the address, than I get that. Now I’m trying to speak to someone and they keep hanging up on me after being told that I’m (whatever) number in line. SKETCHY.
