Excellent product and the customer support is out of this world!

The support agent who took my call was patient and helpful (they always are at Emma) and I hung up with my questions answered!

I got clear answers about how to customize the borders on content and social media blocks.

Austin helped me resolve a problem as a newbie Emma user. He was thorough in assessing the problem on different browsers and explained how I could resolve the problem on my own.

We were helped by an amazing customer service representative named Jen who helped us sort through a problem caused by a legacy user name and password problem (our account had been frozen). Jen was amazingly patient and stayed on the line with us until everything was resolved and our account was restored.

I had a mystery tech I wasn't able to figure out on my own, and when I spoke with Adrian in customer service, he quickly diagnosed the problem, helped me fix it, and showed me how to avoid the same issue in the future. He did it in a way that was constructive, and within minutes I was able to continue progress with my project, and now am armed with knowledge of how to avoid the same issue in the future.

Emma support is excellent. They are a great company to work with.
