Not great! I ordered a bag that looks nothing like my dog and it's not the bag I ordered. I ordered a bag with blue handles, it came with white handles. They put brown coloring in the face and the dog has zero brown in his face. I never received the keychain that goes with the bag. Takes forever to receive this order. I was not happy with this company at all!

Thrilled with how the mobile turned out. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the dog looks just like the photo I submitted and they even honored a request for a ‘bandanna’ to be put on the dog.

This clearly is a work of art. The website to upload animal pictures was very easy. Our mobile was of 2 cats and a dog. One cat was a charcoal grey, the other orange tabby and the yarn/thread used captured them beautifully. We were blown away on our Merle grey bernedoodle dog. The level of quality and care was evident on the eye color on each animal. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and she was close to tears as she saw the clear resemblance to her pets

I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful my order came out! I ordered a baby mobile with my two cats on it, and the attention to detail was truly amazing. We will treasure it for years well beyond it hanging above baby's crib!
