Communicative and the product turned out great. Our senior dog just passed away and we are about to have our first baby, so this meant a lot to us.

Extremely disappointed in the outcome of such an expensive purchase. Customer service is no help. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. It’s never our intention for any customer to feel let down—especially after making a meaningful and personal purchase. Our team puts a lot of heart into every handmade piece, and we regret that we may not have met your expectations this time. We’d love the opportunity to understand what went wrong and try to make it right. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]—we’re here and willing to help in any way we can. Your feedback is important and helps us do better. Warm regards,

DO NOT BUY any accessories from these folks — i bought 2 whole setups — 2 mobiles, 2 hangers and 2 music boxes. When put together even at the highest setting they hang too low in crib. When I asked to return the hangers, they said no and really offered me no useful alternatives even though i spent quite a bit for the two mobiles. VERY DISSATISFIED.
Response from My DollfyJun 3, 2025
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that the hangers didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing that must be, especially after purchasing a full set. Our team designs each product with care, but we recognize that crib dimensions can vary and that our current hanger height may not work in every setup. While our return policy typically doesn’t cover accessories due to international shipping costs, we truly regret that we weren’t able to offer a more satisfying solution in your case. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’ll be using it to improve both our product design and customer support moving forward. If there’s anything else we can do to make things right, we’re here and happy to help. Warm regards,
Wendy
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-I ordered a mobile of my daughter’s two dogs with a music box attached in September of 2024. I have never received it or had any communication from them. I have sent several emails asking where my mobile is and have not heard a word. I sent them $240 to pay for the mobile and the extra music box attached to it. Obviously I got scammed and it makes me sick. That is a lot of money. This mobile was for my newborn Grandson born last June, he is now getting ready to celebrate his first birthday and he is too old for it now even if by some miracle I received it. HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SO DISHONEST 😢

We’re deeply sorry to hear this and heartbroken that your experience has left you feeling scammed—please know that’s never our intention. 💔 We take your feedback very seriously and sincerely apologize if there was a breakdown in communication. Our team has no record of an unresolved order under your name from September 2024, which suggests there may have been an issue with email delivery or order processing that we were unaware of. We would never ignore our customers, especially when it comes to such a meaningful gift. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we will personally investigate and do everything we can to resolve this—whether that’s a full refund or getting your product to you urgently. We completely understand your frustration, especially with the timing, and we want to make this right. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix what went wrong. With sincere apologies,
Elizabeth C.

Took way too long to receive. Bad communication. Product wasn’t that great either. Cheaply made

As a small handmade business, we’re constantly working to improve both our craftsmanship and our customer experience. Your feedback is important and helps us grow. Thank you for giving us a try, and we truly hope we can do better if given another opportunity in the future. 💛 Warm regards, The My Dollfy Team

Do not buy from them idc what reviews you’re reading don’t even consider them. I wish I could upload a picture of what they were trying to send me. The loved one had blonde hair and they tried giving me a doll with black hair. Not to mention this doll was a gift to a mother who lost her son last October. They do not put any thought into your doll whatsoever. Get your money back and stay away from them dispute your charges if you have to! They even had to create a whole new email address just to get ahold of me!

We’re truly sorry for the pain and disappointment you experienced with your order. Creating a memorial piece, especially for a grieving mother, is something we take very seriously—and it’s clear we let you down in a moment that mattered deeply. 🙏 The incorrect hair color and communication issues are unacceptable, and we deeply regret the distress they caused. While we always aim to personalize each doll with great care, your experience shows we fell short, and for that, we offer our heartfelt apologies. We are taking your feedback seriously and reviewing this case internally to ensure mistakes like this do not happen again. If you are open to it, we’d still like the chance to make this right. Please feel free to reach out directly. With deep apologies, The My Dollfy Team 💛
