It is fine. seemed easy enough

As expected, all I get back from MyDiabetes is to contact them. This I have done after my previous complaint - they are just fobbing me off, so as promised I will continue to post 1-star reviews. They know hiding their membership renewal terms in Terms and Conditions is deceitful, as many victims have identified through Trustpilot. Please MyDiabetes - do NOT respond to this with the same old response - you have my details so you can contact me. As promised, I will continue with 1-star reviews on Trustpilot until I get a satisfactory reply.

While I can't rate the success or failure of this app, my rating involved how difficult it is/was to cancel this subscription. The owner of this app does not notify you when your subscription is being renewed and provided you with a link to cancel if you no longer are using or need the app. While a refund was provided, it required effort on our part that could have been avoided.

Who/What are MyDiabetes? All of a sudden I found 3 withdrawals from my Paypal Account. I didnt agree to this so its out and out fraud. Paypal dont want to know. So its Action Fraud for me. Three different names here - DiabetesUK/Innodiet/UAB Kilo Groupe and I noticed " MyBody"( which is a dissolved company). I havent received any of what they are supposedly selling but £160.60 has been removed from my account. I am not diabetic and would not need recipes as I used to own a restaurant until I retired. . My email was ignored. So down the official route I go.

Easy to access, full of information

I liked how quickly I could fill all questions in.

I’m satisfied with my ability to navigate your website. Its tolerable…im not tracking the way you’ve designed it but I’m looking big picture.
