The evaluation questions covered pertinent topics and were easy to answer. The software should be able to put together a viable meal plan and exercise plan with the info provided. On the 'irritating' side - the extra offers were overwhelming . . . one thing at a time . . . don't draw me in on one thing and then distract me with so many others. I didn't like that!

I love the grocery list after you select your meals for the week. What I would like is the measurements when cooked vs dry.

Meal prep is super easy. From the ability to generate a grocery list to easy to follow step by step recipes, it takes the thinking out of cooking. The exercise plans are also really great. They are well sorted based on what type of exercise you want, which body area to target, or what equipment you want use. The app also does a great job of tracking all health metrics that are vital to Diabetes.

I can only rate the experience of going through what was in front of me for getting the information and the app so that I can start the plan. I will rate this MyDiabetes after I start working the plan.

I liked the education from the beginning to understand how important this is.
