Beware! Subscription is very difficult to cancel and you need to make sure that you follow up on the cancellation because they will charge your account anyway. Worthless app. Poor customer service. Scam will charge your card. Beware beware. Beware!

I would like to warn anyone thinking about taking out a ‘FREE TRIAL’ with this company. CANCEL your subscription immediately if you find that the app is not appropriate for you. If you do not cancel a large amount of money will be taken off your card without prior notification exactly one month after you first enrol. This is stated in the small print but many people fail to notice it. On enrolment you are required to click on a subscription schedule. Among others there is a choice that states ‘Free Trial for one month’. This is a very appealing choice as at this point you are unsure of what the program entails. On reading the words ‘Free Trial’ many people assume that’s just what it is and only skim the terms and conditions thereby failing to pick up essential points among the plethora of jargon. This choice should clearly state the equivalent of:-“Free Trial for One Month Followed by Automatic Recurring Payments Unless Subscription is Cancelled”. If the program is not suitable people quite naturally tend to assume that’s the end of the matter, as it was a free trial. They stop using the app and forget about it until money is later taken from their accounts. This issue has been detrimental to many people as you can see from other reviews. In my opinion this course of action is a deliberate and deceitful way of receiving money from people who are experiencing health issues and also importantly from many elderly people who can ill afford the payments. MyDiabetes- please do not respond to this review by asking me to contact you by email in order to discuss this review. I already have and your response did not address the concerns I have but simply told me that this issue is stated in the terms and conditions and No Refunds are possible.

This app was not for me. I found it very tiresome to get along with. Tracking was difficult and recipes poor. I cancelled well within the first month but was charged £41 as a recurring payment. They refused to refund but confirmed cancellation after payment made. Trying to work out where to go with my complaint that they stole the money from my bank account after cancellation.

I like the accountability of the ap. It's easy to track my meals. I like the exercise videos.

1. did not solicit input about my current foodstuffs 2. recipes were difficult and awkward to edit 3. The time for the meal to be eaten is not alterable as it kept reverting to the current time.

easy and quick + helpful

Excellent value, easy to use. I had a billing problem and it was responded to quickly providing the information I needed. Highly recommend.
