Signing up was very fast and easy

Easy to follow

Although I have yet to try out the program....It offers me hope through personalization at an affordable price.

I cancelled my subscription a few days after I got it , I received an email from MyDiabetes saying that I had cancelled successfully and would no longer be charged. They have just taken a subscription charge from my account. I forwarded them my cancellation email and got one back quoting terms and conditions and another confirmation of cancellation but saying that I could not be refunded. They have taken £76.85 for something that I have cancelled and that they acknowledged that I had cancelled.

As a beginner, it was easy to use, and give the option to cancel after a month.

I have not had a good experience. After paying for a 1 month subscription, and downloading their app.... I had a good experience with the app for 3 days until I was kicked out (after a three day "trial") and found absolutely no information on the app at all. I've emailed customer service 3 times and have had no reply. A complete waste of money

Well I haven't taken advantage it surely does cover everything to help with diabetes

Do not use!!! I can't log in. Contacted customer services and all they do is quote the terms and conditions. I've tried to cancel twice now and they have taken so much money from me without me even using the app!!! So stressed
