Restrictive Download Options
Fast, efficient and friendly customer service, only let down by not taking into account, that some people, through physical disability cannot easily use a phone or tablet, so not being able to download your app to a laptop or PC effectively stops us from using what looked to be a very useful site. It would be very helpful if your website could right at the start, advise potential users that your software does not support downloads to laptops or PC's. Regards Martin
