I found app a great help to motivate me to get started. I like that I can log and check things. I am retired so have all the time in the World to set and make meals. I do think that for people going to work it could be a bit time consuming and not possible to have a lot of the lunches at work

I joined hoping that the recipes would be something we would like. Breakfast is primarily oatmeal or smoothies, neither of which we like. I emailed you and asked if there were options but I never got a reply. If I had been able to see the menus before hand I would not have joined. I really wanted to see them first but decided to take chance. I am very disappointed in your program

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the app, it's disappointing to hear that the menus don't align with your preferences. Please note that you can use the 'Swap' option in the 'Meals' tab to switch the meals to your preferred ones. Hope this helps! Your feedback about previewing menus before committing is also valuable and will help improve the user experience.

Having kept to the diet in the first week, I was surprised & delighted to have dropped 2kg. I am also trying to fast for 14hrs & on the 28day no sugar. I have found the diet very easy to follow, very appetising & I feel great.

I was really interested in trying the diet plan. I answered all the questions and chose a plan, although I was doubtful about whether a plan could have been created so quickly for someone who also has hypothyroidism and kidney desease. I then realised that I only had the choice of PayPal or Google Pay. I don't use these payment types so decided to read reviews. On the first page there were people who had serious problems with payments going wrong and I was also worried that it was all app only. I am also partially sighted and use my phone mainly for calls and texts. I use a Kindle for Internet as the print is larger. I know from past attempts, that some apps are not available on the Amazon app store. I therefore decided not to go ahead with the purchase.

It says to drink 13 glasses of water a day - I drink 8-10 but I’d never be able to do 13 . It’s physically impossible for me and I don’t know anyone who drinks that much . So why recommend something that’s not realistic ?
