Today is the day that I'm beginning my Diabetic weight loss & exercise plan. I signed up for 3 months. I hope I'll get to do it longer, but it'll depend on how good it is and how much it costs.

The workouts are short but effective and I can do them in the comfort of my home. It’s really helped me stay consistent with my exercise even on days when I don’t have much time or am a little bit lazy.
