Thanks Rochelle,

I live with two Type 2 diabetics-this is the first diet my husband has stuck with, and my daughter is finding it easy to work with. All the meals are delicious and easy to prepare.

It’s a great app for learning how to eat better if you have diabetes, pre-diabetes or just trying to prevent these conditions. I’m still learning how to use it in all that is available as I have only been using it for a week.

Dear Valmarie, glad to hear your positive feedback.

This app is so inexpensive and plans out all your meals based on your answers on the questionnaire. And if you don't like something they have swap items available

Thank you Amanda, for such a positive review.

Disappointing Experience – Overpriced, Impractical, and Poor Cancellation Policy I signed up to try MyDiabetes with the hope of finding simple, sustainable recipes — instead, I was met with overly complex meal plans full of ingredients like quinoa, tofu, and expensive berries that are neither accessible nor practical for most people managing diabetes on a budget. It felt more like a health fad app than one designed for real-life diabetic needs. The bigger issue, however, is the recurring payment model. Despite cancelling, I was still charged £54 — and like many others have noted in reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme. Yes, the company will point to the small print in their Terms & Conditions or claim this is made clear at checkout, but that doesn’t change the fact that the billing process feels intentionally opaque. Please don't reply with your usual canned message about contacting support — I already did, and was told the charge is non-refundable. A refund for an unused, cancelled service shouldn’t require back-and-forth emails and a fight. I’m sharing this so others are aware before signing up. Proceed with caution — especially if you're expecting flexible meal support or transparent billing.

Dear Paul, I understand your concern. Please note, that every customer is informed about the recurring charges in our Terms and Conditions page as well as in the Order Confirmation email that is automatically sent out to you when you made the initial purchase.

1.They seem to be very efficient. 2.Recipes are tasty with plenty of variety. 3. I am getting good results already. 4. I can substitute recipes, but would like to log some substitute ingredients.

There was not a place that I could let you know that I cannot do floor exercises. I can do chair exercises but I do not (can not) get in the floor.

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you sharing this. We understand that not all exercise types work for everyone, and it’s important to us to offer accessible options. We’ll share your input with our team.
