It seemed to be an easy interface. I didn't give it 5 stars because of all the advertisements at the end. Although those were good products, but I already take those, so it was a bit annoying, one ad right after another. But the plan seems solid. It is the first time I have had any knowable food allergies.

I downloaded the app thinking I would just use it a few days here and there but I found myself loving the healthy food ideas and the AI chat to help you log your food throughout the day! Especially enjoyed the exercise plans that are perfect for a beginner or for people who are more advanced unlike myself 😂
