MycustombobbleheadsReviews of mycustombobbleheads.com

They answered all my questions and resolved a self induced issue very timely and were very pleasant to work with

Very swift customer service.

The Head was disappointing. Express mailing wasn‘t worth the extra Money, it Tool 7 days instead of the promised 3 days. My complaint was ignored. It is not worth the Money.

Great selections simple ordering and looks really good.

Prompt with their responses via email, and very easy to provide feedback to personalize each aspect of the facial feature for the customized bobblehead. I would highly recommend to others for a one-of-a-kind personalized gift!

The customer service is first rate, very helpful and quick to make sure your concerns are addressed and taken care of.

I’m really disappointed with my order. The bobblehead looked nothing like the person it was meant for—not even a little bit, even after I asked for adjustments. In the end, I still received the original head with no noticeable changes. I was planning to order more for my other friends, but after this experience, I definitely won’t. I also paid extra for express shipping and express processing, but it still arrived 12 days later. This was a huge letdown overall.
