MycustombobbleheadsReviews of mycustombobbleheads.com

I ordered one for my son's graduation and the face was NOTHING like the photo I shared- the face was asian features and pre done - I requested changes (and offered and additional photo ) and after they adjusted the requests it still was the very same head - no similarity at all. Not custom made - the face and head are pre designed an they add small details -terrible. My son did not understand that this was supposed to look like him - Face was terrible to say the least - underwhelmed with the product and embarrassment whe you gift it....

Receiving an item that is for a gift that is damaged is not okay. I don’t want a discount, I want you to make it right. A tiny 10% discount was offered for the trouble. Keep in mind, this is for my brother who graduated dental school...I am certain he does not want a broken bobble head to display on his desk for years to come. I simply asked to receive a new one that was not damaged and I would send the broken one back. It sounds like you are unwilling, so I am moving forward. Everywhere that I have researched online states that the seller is responsible to make it right, which you are not willing to do. How unfortunate. Hopefully you update your return policy paragraph, as it is misleading, you have no intentions on making it right with the customer. Best of luck to you and your company, the products are great, but the customer service needs work.

I purchased a custom bobblehead with Expedite. It was never given a preview of the final product. It was almost a month before I got it. Then it came damaged. THEN THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE ME $34 back...but the best part is!!!! They are filing a claim with DHL for the full amount of $150!!!!!!! Complete scam

I wish I could give negative star. I have never come across a services as pathetic as their. I ordered a figurine for a friend for his birthday. I ordered around 11 days in advance picking their fastest shipping (25$). I wrote to them many times that it was a birthday gift and needs to be on time. But today is the birthday Eve and I still don't have it. Also the face they made is nowhere close to my friend's face. It's like a random bobblehead toy that costed me more than 100$. Please never order with this website. Save money don't get duped

Absolutely atrocious. My 18 year old son looked like a 70 year old man. The face was the wrong shape, they took no notice of the changes requested, although we finally approved it as we were running out of time. But the worst was that they painted him with half a head of grey hair and bald on top when he has a full head of very short dark blond hair. The whole process took forever and we were not sent a photo with hair to approve as we were told the artists were great and not worry. When we finally received the doll and complained we were told the doll was never meant to be a replica of the person but an “amazingly funny cartoon effect”. We finally received a 25% refund after much haggling. So that’s 75% in the bin.

After waiting since Novemebr of last year 2020 I STILL do not have the correct Bobblehead! They sent one that did not Bobble it was stationary...They offered to redo it for a fee, because it was a gift I was desperate and said I'd pay the fee...I paid it and 3 months later my nephew received the new bobblehead yesterday and IT STILL DOES NOT BOBBLE!!!! ....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

I paid VIP service charge to receive my bobble head sooner... It has not even been made or shipped and no one from mycustomebobbleheads has replied to me to explain anything. Representative only said that it did not pass inspection which delayed 2 more weeks after purchase. I believe it to be a lie! Then, they said they sent pictures of image for me to approve, but I did not receive pictures. This purchase was a gift for birthday that has passed now with no gift. I'm so dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of customer service. I have contacted PayPal to cancel it due to these conditions. IT IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! SORRY I PURCHASED FROM THEM. I will communicate only through PayPal from now on until I get my money refunded.
