The worst ever, such an embarrassment for a gift!!! It has nothing to do with the picture I uploaded or the reality. It doesn’t look at all personalised, it’s as if I walked into a store and just bought a random toy. Different hairline, different face contour, different eyes. Not even a bit of similarity that you can relate to. 👎 👎

If I could give zero stars, it would be in the negatives. They are a scam. Horrible work. They don't follow specifications. They make whatever they want. I've reported them to BBB and I'm still waiting for resolution

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Paid over $100: I ordered a customs bobblehead for my dad for Father’s Day with “happy Father’s Day” written on it and got a FEMALE with a female body, bangs and A PONY TAIL!!!?? Reached out to them and they offered me 30% refund. What?!? That’s NOT even close to what I ordered! I am not ok with this and plan to leave a review on every possible website to avoid this happening to anyone else. Do not use them!!!! Will update if they do the right thing but I doubt it

I would have given 0 stars, but they won't let you!!! I was completely unsatisfied with my bobblehead. First of all, if looked nothing like my nephew (not even close), he has light brown hair (which I asked for) and his hair was black on the doll. Secondly, when I tried to reach mycustombobbleheads.com, there is no phone number and the email response took over 48 hours. Also, the processing of the bobblehead was over 30 days (supposed to be 2 weeks) and it was late, arriving after graduation. COMPLETE WASTE OF $130!!!! WORST CUSOTMER SERVICE EVER-YOU GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES OR A COPY AND PASTED RESPONSE OF WHAT THEY THINK IS AN "APPROPRIATE" RESPONSE TO YOUR QUESTIONS. What's even better is you get the same responses to different questions. I would not order from them. I gave them multiple chances to fix the issues or refund my money and they ignored me, so hence the review. Also, only 5 star reviews are posted to their website. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! You do not get what you pay for!!!!

My item arrived broken, very late, and looks absolutely nothing like it should. This company is horrible and very unprofessional, when I receive the bobblehead. A disaster from start to finish with delayed processing, refusing cancellation, received too late and really poor quality.
