Good customer service for helping me out through the process of getting a car loan.

First off it is the people. they are knowledgeable, friendly, and from what I can see they are hard working.

Amazing Credit Union, not only do they have great rates on checking, savings and CDs, but also very competitive rates on loans. Not to mention they have the best staff that really care, I consolidated all my accounts to CCU, even though I no longer live in Illinois.

i called on a Saturday morning to make a share secured loan, and Pat walked it through, and Amy called me that morning with the positive result. which is why i remain a member for 40 years!

great resource for car loans

I have been with CCU for a couple years now and am very pleased. The interest on checking is amazing if you just meet a couple of easy goals each month. Having 24/7 chat is unheard of in the banking industry and customer service has always been great when I've needed it. I have a car loan at an excellent rate and I've had a couple of personal loans that were easy to arrange with great interest rates. I highly recommend this bank.
