It’s a good place to have accounts but it not a bank. Like to cash in savings bonds.

Friendly, customer focused very unusual for many banking institutions. Plenty of locations, however I do everything through the app and hardly ever have to to travel to an actual bank. Online app is secure and easy to navigate. There fraud monitoring of my Visa card is excellent! If there is a questionable transaction they contact me quickly and help to resolve the issue.

Auto loan process was easy. They are a little old-fashioned in some ways: you do actually end up talking to people instead of doing everything virtually. But I did get a super rate. I’m happy with results.

Knowledgeable tellers and personal bankers.

The teller was nice and efficient. There were also no leopards, Komodo dragons or elephants. Not that I don’t like them, but the usually clutter up the lobby I would mention it in your advertising — “No leopards in our lobby. Not now. Not ever.”

Neighborhood credit union with great staff. Too bad the doors in the Gurnee Branch aren’t equipped with handicapped door releases.

Prompt reply and immediate attention to my email request to redeem and renew my CD from Sabrina and Becky.

Took two weeks to get Trust approved. Massive loss of interest sustained during that time. Lack of communication during the process. Wound up going elsewhere.
