The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful when I go to the office or drive up window. Whenever I have an issue with my online banking the representative who I get is very patient and helpful in solving the problem.

I've been a CCU customer for over 30 Years. Recent experience with a HELOC was incredibly poor (I'm sure your phone records would explain). Also, recent experience with how the proceeds from an expiring CD was handled, was very confusing i.e. received incorrect information regarding an outgoing transfer (again, check your phone records). I'll still remain a customer. Thank you.

I have banked at Consumers Credit Union since 1985. They are a wonderful bank to work with. Their online banking offers great features that make my banking easy. I would have given 5 stars, but the new bill pay change is not my favorite.
