Consumer’s Credit Union is an exceptional financial institution. Y’all have great customer service! Any time I call for assistance with an issue, I speak with someone promptly, who speaks clear English. The customer service employees both on the phone and in person are well trained, professional, and patient. When you have a problem, that is what matters. Consumers Credit Union puts its member’s first. It’s as simple as that! The App is great as well with Zelle built right in, and the ability to have multiple financial institutions in one convenient place to view all of your financial information is very helpful! ATM reimbursement fees, gives me the freedom to go anywhere without fear of being able to get cash, conveniently. Lastly, the credit cards y’all offer have competitive, or better rates and terms than other financial institutions. Consumers Credit Union consistently offers better interest rates and terms on mortgages, credit cards, and loans. The fees and penalties for common mistakes made like overdrafts are less expensive than at most other financial institutions I have dealt with in the past. Y’all are a great Credit Union! And I am grateful to have such an exceptional bank.

Customer service has always been excellent and the staff is always extremely helpful. I need service at least once a month and my experience has always been a great one.

Staff is well trained in customer support. They do their job well and in a friendly manner. If I had to offer a negative aspect of CCU, it would be that CCU is getting too big. In my several years of membership going back to the McAree, Lewis and even McAlister offices; staff could be even more personable because they actually knew me. Yes, I am an old member! After more than 60 years as a member I feel comfortable in stating the above. NOTE: the date below is of no consequence to my review and included only because the site requires an input.

CC is the best banking experience that wants to satisfy thei clients first. Most banks are interested in the bottom line. They treat me very right. I am not a high dollar customer but CC makes me feel like one. Good trusting customer service is number 1.

Your employees are helpful and friendly

Deposits go through quickly. Remote deposits work perfectly. CD rates are better than most. Website is intuitive and accurate always. I have yet to not have 5-star service on any interaction. Keep up the great performance.
