Overall I like it. However, you need to offer an offline option that can be used when there is no internet.

We can do batch invoicing but then it takes forever to print each individual invoice. Really need to have batch printing in place.

I have tried them all, the big named software companies for the legal profession. Most want you use (purchase) their server capability, add-ons, etc. MyCase gives you a streamlined, effective billing and case management software without all the bells and whistles that you never use in other software. However, if you find that you do need more, MyCase can deliver. It is an effective streamlined, browser based software that works perfectly on my MacBook Air, my iPad or anywhere I have internet access. Instead of just advertising about getting things done MyCase delivers. Simple, easy setup with continued support should you run into issues.

It's a good functioning program. It handled a lot of our billing and time keeping for quite some time. However, we couldn't justify the expense when there are apps that keep time and Quickbooks handles the billing.

I have loved this program from the beginning. I simplifies book keeping and the dreaded trust accounting that were long the bane of my existence. An excellent value for a small law firm. Customer service is fantastic and quick. This is a winner.

Some security issues. Whwn I lost my password, I was given access by calling, but never had to prove who I was. Very concerning. Mobile apps need to be updated. Now the good... Very convenient. Great client interaction. Excellent timekeeping and billing.
