MyCase has been such a time saver in my office because my clients can see everything that comes in or goes out on their file instantly, including when and where their next court appearance is.

I have tried several computer-based and/or cloud-based practice management systems. MyCase is by far the easiest to use, and keeps all the information I need at my fingertips. I can access information from my computer, tablet or phone. It is really helping me keep track of things!

My office could not function as smoothly as it does without MyCase. We are hooked!

All the SaaS projects have reminder or notification system, but Mycase don't have any reminders. This is a huge lacking thing.

I am a completely satisfied consumer at this point but know that the product will continue to be enhanced with additional functionality. The designers are great at organizing and covering bases; I have faith it is simply a matter of time before many more useful features are rolled out. Customer service deserves an outstanding review for their courtesy, promptness, and knowledge. I love using MyCase and I love telling people about how great it is!

This app really changed my life. Billing my clients and keeping track of what they owe me has never been easier. I love the fact that I can carry over a previous balance and add it to a new invoice. My clients like the "trust history" feature. This app keeps improving and I just cannot wait for the time when it will be possible to do a conflict check at the time of adding a case.

I feel like I really have a handle on my job and what I need to do for the first time in 24 years. My clients can see their case documents and calender, so I have less "status" calls. I have more time to get my work done. The workflow is a great feature. I wasn't sure what it was when I started (I signed up for the calender and document sharing), now it may be the best feature. I have only tapped 25% of what this program can. I learn new things every week.

This service is great for solo practitioners and smaller firms that want to give their clients access to all case documents, deadlines, billing, and other things. The billing system is built-in, and the ease of use is exceptional. There are additional features that would be helpful, such as pre-billing, that are not yet available. And there is no document management system for evidence. Other than that, though, the system is great. Its best feature for me is the fact that it permits client access.
