This is an easy-to-use system that is very powerful and at a price that even a starting solo practitioner can afford. A winning combination all the way around!!

MyCase is an amazing program that allows our office to function more efficiently. It allows our clients the ability to keep track of their file and cuts down on incoming phone calls. As we are a very small office it frees us up to work more effectively and spend more of the needed time on each case.

We purchased MyCase to simplify processes and save time at our solo practice. It was easy to set up initially which was one of the factors in selecting MyCase. The most frustrating thing for me is that there are no built documents. I've used a lot of software and most have built is "boiler plate" documents that help you get started. It is labor intensive to create/upload the documents necessary to get any work done. Then try to teach others to use the software. I also would prefer to have our own email addresses associated with the software. I think a client my be confused of leary when they get an email from "the-law-offices-of-_____.mycase.com" The developers should be able to fix this easily. The website development team was professional and very helpful in launching our new webpage.

MyCase has changed the way I practice law. MyCase has been very well thought out and executed. It is clear, intuitive and highly effective. It is a superb product that I am grateful to use in my practice everyday.

Very user friendly and great value. Love the document handling capabilitity and ease of merging documents. Calendar management is somewhat weak. Would like the option of showing conflicts on the calendar. Also, when a case closed, all info on the calendar is removed. This makes it impossible when trying to recreate an appointment or court schedule on a past date. Lastly, as the Law Firm Administrator, I would like to have the option of reviewing staff and attorney tasks that are not necessary assigned by me without having myself included in the task. Makes it difficult to manage productivity.

We have been with MyCase for 2.5 years and still love the system. Simple and cost effective and clients love it too. Researched the other options out there and am glad this was our choice.

Wonderful practice management tool. It's incredibly easy to learn and the customer support/service is very responsive. I highly recommend it for solos and small firms.
