Ultimately, it's a great program, but there are some improvements I'm looking forward to, such as: 1) A more fully functional App. 2) more in-depth reporting. I want to be able to run reports of invoices written for the week, payments received for the week, hours billed for the week by Practice Area, etc. 3) better integration with Quickbooks. I don't want to have to keep rectifying accounts receivable between the two. A solution to rectifying expenses between the two would be nice (though I imagine difficult). 4) the addition of a "journal" that tracks everyone's activities on a file. 5) better document integration.

I've been using MyCase for over a year and it is so easy to us - the interface is very friendly and allows messages to clients, billing on line with arrangements for the client to pay with a credit card directly. Clients have enjoyed it because it's so easy for them to use as well. The mobile apps are great as well and allow you to do anything remotely that you could do at yourr desk.

I signed on to MyCase after over a decade with another costly law office management system. I experimented with two other cloud based systems before grabbing hold of MyCase. I have been very please with the overall production of MyCase & really love the client portal which cuts down a lot on calls from clients wanting progress reports. Instant invoicing with clients paying the retainer or balance due on their end is really handy. In addition, the MyCase personnel are very available. And I have made three suggestions for improvements thus far and two have been implemented with the 3rd under review. I am a 'big fan' of MyCase which has come from being a subscriber for the past 1 1/2 years.

Becoming a MyCase customer was one of the best decisions we've made for our law practice. I recommend MyCase highly. Our clients love the interactivity of communicating securely via the MyCase portal, uploading documents relevant to their case, instantly receiving notices of new documents received or generated and being able to comment on those documents, and receiving email reminders of their upcoming court appearances and deadlines. We love the remote access to all case documents and information anywhere with our laptop and an Internet connection, the practice automation we're a developing using form templates, and the security of knowing we have a solid record of communications, deadlines, and client communications centrally located and available to our entire legal team anywhere, anytime. The MyCase team has been very responsive to our technical support questions and suggestions for adding new features (or improving existing ones). Deploying and integrating into our practice was easy. And the value of the service for the price is excellent. I give MyCase my highest recommendation. If you become a MyCase customer like we did, you'll be glad you did!

I like MyCase because of all the customization. You can add/change essentially whatever you want to make it work for your type of practice. The one down side is the constant download/upload of documents. We have only been using it for approximately a month, but so far, I would recommend it.

This is an all-in-one product that is great for law firms. MyCase has billing, time keeping, case and contact management and to top it off they allow clients access to see calendar events and invoices. An added feature is the online bill payment feature that allows clients to pay their bills directly through MyCase. We have tried other cloud based products and MyCase is by far the best.

I chose MyCase because of its flexibility, affordability and ease-of-use. I am a solo practitioner that needed an affordable platform to manage my client cases. I've been impressed with the customer service and the way that improvements are constantly being made. I look forward to any new developments as well as improvements to the mobile app.

My practice requires that I sort my time between in-court and out of court. The invoicing system is not able to accommodate this and I have had to do a spreadsheet workaround to achieve this. I have had two open tickets for technical support, one of which I had to resolve myself and the other has yet to be resolved after more than three weeks.
