Thank you for your honest feedback. We are really glad to hear you love the balm, but we are truly sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not reflect the care we aim to give every customer. We looked into this right away and already reached out personally via email with a free shipping offer in case you still wish to order the stocking stuffers you had in mind. While our phone line is not currently active, our email support is always open and we do our best to respond within one business day, especially during peak seasons. Our add-to-order feature is something we are actively working to make clearer and more user-friendly, and your feedback helps highlight where we can improve. Thanks again for giving us a try. We hope the balm brings a little joy, and that we can support you better in the future.
