At the time you placed it, the item was still listed as available, but more customers ordered the same product around the same time than we had anticipated, and it sold out faster than expected. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be told afterwards that your preferred scent was no longer available. Our team reached out right away to offer a swap for any other scent still in stock, and we’re sorry to hear that none of the alternatives were of interest to you. Thanks you for your honest feedback. I want to make sure everything is clear and that you feel fully supported. Your order included 4 Bee Balms, and based on the tracking and order information, all 4 were delivered and marked as received, which you also kindly confirmed via email. Regarding your subscription, here’s how it works: When you signed up, the first month was just $0.95, and for that, you received an instant 10% discount on your total order, which saved you around $2 on that purchase. The subscription does not send out automatic products. Instead, it gives you a discount on every future order and builds monthly store credit (from month 2 of the subscription) that you can use whenever you’re ready, choosing only the products and flavors you want. Nothing is shipped without your approval and it’s all in your hands. Since the subscription was cancelled shortly after sign-up, no additional charges or credits were applied beyond that first discount. We’re here to help if you have any other questions or concerns.
