Sent back pack but not the pump
Sent back pack but not the pump It has been over a week and still not arrive Spoke to customer services no help at all I bought to go away with and was told to buy a pump at my expense until it arrives with no help for a refund Then they told me to use a hoover which is ok on the way out but not the way back Warning don't send what you need and bad service not helpful at all

However, your order does indeed come with an air pump, which our team has informed you is being shipped separately. We know this is not ideal and certainly not the norm.
