The pack is great. The vacuum part is probably the best part of it. I would have given it a 5 of it wasn’t for the charging port. It’s unstable (working on and off), and the cover is placed in such a way that the USB-C port is hard to plug in. Also, it would be great if the internal cable was USB-C and not A. It would also be good if the outer part also could be locked like the main compartment. Other than that, it is a great bag. Used it for a 4-day trip to Nice and it worked very well. Fits easily in the overhead compartment on the plane, even when fully stuffed.

This is the third back vac that I have ordered (backpack/backpack with wheels/ ordered carry on). Overall, I have been happy with the purchase(s). Bags are heavier than traditional back packs, but I like that I can pack more with the vacuum compression. I've had trouble with the zipper in the one bag. This was the first trip I used it on. Vacuumed bag zipper isn't working right. Plan on connecting with customer service...otherwise-I think these are quality products.
