It was easy to purchase, the back I got is perfect and I got everything at once. I even discovered things I didn't know yet (But probably because I didn't read the entire information on the page) I'm excited to use it on my travels!

This is the third back vac that I have ordered (backpack/backpack with wheels/ ordered carry on). Overall, I have been happy with the purchase(s). Bags are heavier than traditional back packs, but I like that I can pack more with the vacuum compression. I've had trouble with the zipper in the one bag. This was the first trip I used it on. Vacuumed bag zipper isn't working right. Plan on connecting with customer service...otherwise-I think these are quality products.

Servizio clienti eccellente!
