Your order was placed on October 18th, which fell on a weekend, and it was delivered within 10 business days on November 4th—well within our standard shipping timelines. Regarding the return, our policy clearly states that we can only accept unused items with all original packaging and tags due to sanitary and safety requirements. The items you sent back were missing original packaging and tags, which is why it's currently under review.
