The whole team at My Amazon Guy was very professional and knowledgeable. We had an issue with an incorrect UPC on one of our ASINs and had submitted tickets to Amazon for weeks with no headway. After a few days they had everything changed over successfully.

We really appreciate you sharing your experience! It means a lot to hear that our team could step in and get your UPC issue resolved quickly after weeks of frustration! We’re always here if you need anything else.

worst experience in the hiring process. I applied for a customer success role at this company. Gone through the hiring procedures and passed all the required skill tests and interviews. Got the offer and accepted it. After "2 months" of waiting, because they said that the position that I have applied for is on hold, without any updates whatsoever. It's me who contacted them to get an update. This was back in November of 2024. I am posting it here for awareness. The owner, as well, seems to be narcissistic, especially in the past videos that they uploaded. go see it for yourself.

Hi Ervin, thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand how frustrating that experience must have been. While an offer was extended and initial requirements were completed, onboarding timelines can sometimes shift due to changing business needs and limited availability of training slots. Our team remained in communication and expressed continued interest, but we acknowledge that the lack of a confirmed start date can be disappointing. By the time a potential opportunity opened, we understand you had already decided to move forward elsewhere. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in the process and wish you the best moving forward.

Appreciate the kind words! Competence without execution speed doesn’t move the needle, and our team is built to deliver both. We’ve got specialists across every part of Amazon, and we actually respond when it matters.

We have been using My Amazon Guy for the past 2 years and have seen such an amazing growth not only with our Ads but also our organic searches. Clear communication and timely responses are one of the best parts of working with my team.

Thanks for sticking with us over the past two years! Results like that come from consistent execution across both ads and organic. Glad the team’s communication and speed are making a difference; that’s exactly how we keep performance trending up.

I hired this agency expecting comprehensive management, but my experience was disappointing. They made errors in my product listings, misapplied coupons and discounts, and PPC management was minimal and basic. Instead of improving performance, they increased my advertising costs (ACOS) while my sales declined. The limited, basic work didn’t match the fees, and overall, they negatively impacted my brand. This was my experience, so I’d advise caution before trusting them with your Amazon business.

We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. But it doesn’t reflect the full picture. Your account has shown positive trends (improved TACoS and overall sales growth), and all pricing, strategy changes, and discounts were discussed and approved in meetings; however, frequent reversals before strategies had time to perform made consistent progress difficult.

My Amazon Guy is the only agency I've worked with that genuinely feels like an extension of my team. They truly care about your success on Amazon and are always ready to adapt to the constant changes surrounding your brand, Amazon and the market.
Response from My Amazon GuyMar 23, 2026
Appreciate this! Being seen as an extension of your team is exactly the bar we hold ourselves to every day. Amazon doesn’t sit still, and neither do we, so we’ll keep adapting fast and pushing hard to drive your growth. US vs Amazon!
