MAG is very responsive and provides a lot of data to help inform decision. We didn't get the financial results we were guided to believe were possible, but Amazon is a tough place to compete and MAG still worked hard.

Hello Viewers, I have started a candle business on Amazon. I hired MAG. I paid them about 7K some for onboarding and 2.5K thereafter, three month minimum. I sent them termination notice 4/28/2026. Month to month contract end date was 5/30/26. So, they sent me an email early termination, and they pro-rated it at $ 1250, because I sent them notice 4/28 instead of 4/30. I just finished paying that. This is the issue: Please be careful not to give them administrative user permissions they quite persistent during on boarding process. I never gave them administrative user permission. Off boarding will become difficult for you, they don't need so many administrative user permissions they are asking for. Like substantial amount marketing companies, according to me they are looking out for themselves. All this money they could not sell 30 candles for me. they took more than 15 K.PPC is sub optimal. According to my experience with them not a good choice at all. Don't say no one told you! I sent them an email I was going to put up a review so here it is!!!

Your products entered the marketplace without Brand Registry, reviews, or key account access permissions such as Brand Analytics and SQP, which limited our ability to fully implement optimization strategies including A+ Content, Brand Story modules, and advanced PPC scaling despite repeated requests for access over several months. Throughout the engagement, the account remained in an “At Risk” status due to ongoing access limitations and the challenges of launching a premium-priced niche product in a highly competitive marketplace, and once your trademark became eligible for Brand Registry, we immediately reached out with next-step recommendations while also advising that a stronger DTC focus may better align with your current business goals. Regarding the early termination fee, your agreement included a notice period requirement, and after receiving notice on 4/28 for a 5/30 end date, we prorated the fee to $1,250.
