I requested a month-to-month contract with My Amazon Guy, which they agreed too. At the end of January, I informed them that I wanted to cancel due to one of my stores experiencing a slowdown in sales. They agreed to cancel, but shortly after, they claimed I owed another month's payment because of a hidden 30-day notice clause buried in the fine print of the contract. I explained that business was slow and I could not afford the extra payment, but they persisted aggressively. Instead they sent my invoice to a collections agency, now affecting my credit score. This experience has shown me that they do not care about you or your business—only your money. Even when you're struggling, they will squeeze every last dollar out of you. Be very careful when dealing with this agency. Read every detail of the contract because they will find a way to trap you into paying more. Extremely shady business practices.

Bought their sales pitch and they seemed to make a few good changes to my Amazon seller experience at first, but then then we did not get the level of service or sales response we had hoped for. They promise way more than they deliver. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone.

We used My Amazon Guy for a year, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite 100% collaboration on our end and implementing everything they recommended, our sales dropped every single month. Instead of improving, things only got worse. One of the biggest frustrations was their lack of expertise. Their team consistently came into meetings unprepared, and we had four different account managers within a year, leading to inconsistent strategies and zero continuity. It quickly became clear that they had no real grasp on how to manage or grow Amazon sales effectively. Additionally, they promised to fix the issues before billing our account, yet they abandoned the project entirely instead. There are no unpaid invoices, as they failed to deliver on their commitments. If you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team to help scale your business, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My Amazon Guy was a complete waste of time and money.
