It took a long time to hear from the doctor. I had bad side effects from the medication and had to stop after 3consecutive nights.i emailed to the support line for refund or credit and never received response !

So far it’s just expensive face cream. I should have read the paper but I trusted the “science backed IG post”. It was disappointing to read n= 90 women (45 were the treatment cohort) and only ok improvements. I do hope to see results personally since it’s literally my face but so far I haven’t.

I thought my experience would be a good one because of all the great reviews. However, it has not been. Struggling for about 1/2 a year to get any doctor I’ve seen to believe or even send me for some form of hormone test but have been denied. All other blood work, thyroid tests have come back within normal limits. Maybe TMI but along this timeline my cycle has also become not normal for me. So I thought this place would be different, sadly no. If you’re at that age where it is possible to go through needing hormones but not in the expected 40+ age range I suppose you’re out of luck until you hit 40 when professionals will start to believe you.

I keep explaining the creams made my skin worse and your associates said too bad. Can’t refund as it’s a prescription. Which is nonsense. Your team determined this cream would work for me. Instead it caused a terrible rash. And I’m just supposed to be ok with throwing hundreds of dollars away on stuff you said would improve my skin but in fact did the opposite

Finally some help for post menopausal women that have had breast cancer ! Alloy really helped me. Thank you !

The experience with MyAlloy.com unfortunately was one of my worst customer service encounters, ever. Currently, I'm *still* waiting for them to get back to me which is flabbergasting since their help tickets are automated with Zendesk. I naively hoped their customer service and response times would be in line with other reputable companies, however MyAlloy is living in 1993 or some other time when people in operations didn't understand how to operationalize their business. It's too much to ask for reasonable response times (less than 3 business days) and selling a product that actually arrives in working form. M4 pump broke after a single use - that's a lot of money to spend for one application of product.

Started estrogen patch and progesterone about 3 weeks ago; no more night sweats, hot flashes have decreased and joint pain has improved significantly.

Definitely recommend they are Definitely top tier
