I'm so impressed with the depth of knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism of the doctor I'm connected with through Alloy. Though it took a few tries to correct a technical glitch with customer support when getting started, they ultimately resolved the issue. I'm so thankful to be in excellent hands to guide me, and feel confident that my treatment will be key in improving my quality of life despite some complex chronic medical issues I've been living with. The ease of care under Alloy was wonderful, too, given my local midlife and menopause clinic has a 6-month waiting list! Thank you, Alloy!

Customer service is very good. Product received in a very timely. Post menopausal women have a lot of trouble getting what the need or want. This company cares about that.

I really liked that I got fast feedback from the doctor. I’ll have to find another provider since I was denied refills because I don’t have a mammogram.

It’s been a good experience for me trusting Alloy with my medical issues. The Dr(s) have been very thorough and detailed in their care. When I have a question, it is answered in a timely manner. I like how they consider all aspects of treatment(s). They listen to my concerns and have treated my decisions with respect. I would highly suggest going this route for anyone not finding an in person gynecologist that is willing to listen to you and give you treatments that are available in this day and age. For years, in person gynecologists dismissed many of my symptoms and it was extremely discouraging! I’m glad Alloy is willing to step up to the plate! Thank you!

It was a professional transaction which is super unusual - formal review by a doctor before the order was shipped. The product I believe is making a difference and I look forward to seeing results in about six months or so.

The doctor was very helpful and informative. Delivery was great, product is great. Experience was superior and I will refer you to friends on facebook and other social media sites.
