Over all my experience with Alloy has been positive. I think the product I purchased for menopause has worked well. I can’t give a review on the M 4 face cream yet since I’ve only used it a few days so far.

Horrible shipping. Was delivered to my locked mailbox. Then removed and returned to the company. No explanation. No expedited shipping for second product.

I like the M4 lotions, but they do not seem to sink in. They do seem to sink in at first but then, if my eyes water and I rub my eyes or when I wet my face before washing it at night or in the shower - sometimes as long as 12+ hours later - I end up wetting the skin under my eyes and wiping the lotion (which seemed to have dried/been absorbed moments after application) into my eyes, which stings quite a bit and probably is not good for my eyes. I am not seeing any difference in my skin yet, but it has only been a month so far, I think.

I am very happy with the responsiveness of the doctor. She answered all my questions very promptly, within less than 24 hours. The medications prescribed have made a huge difference. I would go so far as to say estradiol cream has been life-changing.
