Way too many useless texts and emails. Starting to block everything, easier to just contact the company if I want help.

I love the customer service and connection with a provider with questions about product. They answer thoroughly with easy to understand instructions. The product is amazing and has really changed my skin in the short time I have used it. I will 100% be recommending to clients and friends.

I had a few problems. One was the progesterone pills knocked me out. This happened on a 100 MG. dose. I then had to switch to a higher dose on the estrogen patch to relieve my hot flashes, so then they sent a 200 MG progesterone dose which was even worse. It was like taking a sleeping pill every night. The other problem was with shipping. I put in a request for a different shipping address because I was leaving my home state in order to go to my sailboat at a marina in Georgia. I gave them the full address and let them know it was urgent because I'd soon be leaving the marina to go sailing offshore and would be gone for several months. When it didn't arrive, I sent another email. I got a reply saying they didn't have the full address. This was not true. I gave them the full address. And just to add to how ridiculous this was, even if I had just named the marina and the town it would've been enough info to deliver. Brunswick, Georgia is a small town and the marina is huge and in a well known location just steps from the downtown. So I give them the address again. However, by the time I finally get a text saying my order was shipped, we had already sailed away. I could not have waited around any longer. Good sailing weather determines when we set sail. The marina holds packages, but probably not for 3 months. No package was ever found by the time I returned. I was charged for a 3 month supply of medications that I never received. I'm done with this company now. Btw, I tried but couldn't set the date when this occurred (May 2025).

After 2 weeks on estriol and progesterone I am finally sleeping 8 hours a night!!! I haven’t slept more than 3-5 hours in a night in over a year. Local gynecologists would not help me. Thank you Alloy!!!
