Easy to work with, excellent customer service

The doctor I worked with at Alloy was very helpful and detailed. She listened to my specifics and took everything into consideration before prescribing my medications. Response time was very fast. Very happy with Alloy.

Poor customer service. I was charged for a prescription renewal fee when I shouldn’t have been, and never got refunded and customer service stopped responding to me.

no improvement, but I know it will take longer- this is too early to tell, but the lines have not gotten better or even diminished a bit.

Very easy to sign up for a prescription. I received the products quickly. I like the formulations and though only having used Alloy for less than a month I am seeing improvement in my skin.
