customer service is good but overall I don't like the product, it feels full of silicone; might just be a texture thing for me.

That questionnaire was nothing more than marketing to get me to think your product was truly affiliated with medical doctors and sadly I was fooled. I’ll give you credit that you attempted to convince me with your label to look like a prescription.Sadly, I am questioning if your estradiol is even 1% as you printed on the label. After trying your cream and serum for at least three weeks, I do not see a difference. I would’ve given you a 3 if I valued clever marketing attempts more than my overall user experience. Ultimately, I settled giving you a 2 star for my overall usage and buying experience. No customer wants to feel like they were fooled. I am planning to go back to my other serums and creams with estradiol backed by the brand and real research.

Dr. Almquist thoroughly explained things to me. She let me no exactly what to expect and also answered emails quickly.

I think it works well, but I am not consistent, and I really hate the vaginal hormonal cream. It's messy, and I just feel gross in the morning.

Starting to work..not losing as much hair after a month... should help hair grow in..
